(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): A 55-year-old man in the Mangajak district of northern Jawzjan province has committed suicide by hanging himself, an official said on Wednesday.
Provincial Crime Branch Chief Mohammad Rahim Eshaqzai told Pajhwok Afghan New the man who committed suicide was named Safar Quli who hanged himself in the Haroon-2 village on Wednesday afternoon.
Magfirat Samimi, director of the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC) said the man who committed suicide was suffering from psychological illness.
Safar Quli makes it the third man in Jawzjan who committed suicide on the bases of unknown reasons during the ongoing year.
