Service advisers showcase skills at AAB's competition

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Customer Service Division of Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB) recently concluded the National Service Adviser Skills Contest.
The contest showcased the talents of service advisers in handling customers' requests at each touch point and by showing their skills in terms of customer care and technical knowledge. In the early 90s, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) established the Toyota International Customer Service Champions' Society to provide recognition and motivation for Toyota customer service personnel worldwide. It was then that AAB started the national skills contest.
'Skills contests are held regularly to hone and further develop the capability of our staff as we cater to our customers, AAB said in a press statement.
Held under the theme, ‘Aspire, Achieve and Believe You are a Champion', the event encourages employees to do their best all the time.
The winners of the 2018 Service Adviser Skills Contest are Shorouk Mostafa Mohamed Abdulmagd champion, Chester Vinet Montilla Yelo first runner-up, and Sudeep Puthukkulangara Thazha Kuni second runner-up.
Yazan Mustafa, COO Commercial & Industrial Division, Arunkumar, director Customer Service Division and other AAB senior managers led the event along with Masayuki Fukumori, Field Operations manager at the TMC Bahrain Regional Office.
