Germany imposes travel ban on 18 suspects of Khashoggi's murder


(MENAFN) Germany has announced a travel ban on 18 Saudi suspects of taking part in the murder caswe of reporter Jamal Khashoggi.

Christofer Burger, deputy spokesman for the Foreign Ministry confirmed: "These individuals are the members of a 15-man team and three others suspected of taking part in this plan."

He added that the resolution was made with the support of another two EU partners, the U.K. and France.

Khashoggi, a Saudi reporter at The Washington Post, was murdered soon after accessing the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul Oct. 2.
