Oman- Sultanate participates in Arab League's emergency meeting on Palestinian issue


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Cairo- Deliberations of the emergency meeting of the Arab League at the level of the permanent delegates were held last week at the league's headquarters to tackle implications of the Israeli aggression in Gaza. Oman was represented in the meeting by Dr Ali bin Ahmed al Issa'ee, its Ambassador to Egypt, and its Permanent Delegate to the Arab League.

The meeting was held upon the request of Palestine and member states of the Arab League to address Israel's repeated military aggression against the Palestinians in Gaza Strip, its infrastructure and the entire Palestinian territories. These attacks have claimed many lives in addition to the destruction of infrastructure.
