(MENAFN) The General Directorate of Security declared that about 35,461 road crashed have been recorded in Turkey in October this year, claiming 306 lives.
The scores of wounded people in accidents have reached 14,812.
The largest scores of road collisions during the recorded period took place as a result of side crashes (4,636).
"The cause of 190 traffic accidents was exceeding speed limits," according to the General Directorate of Security.
