DOHA: The emergency meeting of the Arab League Council at the level of permanent delegates began yesterday under the Chairmanship of Sudan to discuss the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, headed by Sudan.
Qatar participates in the meeting with a delegation headed by the Permanent Representative of Qatar to the Arab League Ambassador Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al Sahlawi.
The meeting, convened at the request of the State of Palestine, is held to discuss the developments of the Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people as well as its institutions and infrastructure in Gaza, which claimed dozens of lives and destroyed several residential buildings as well as media and educational institutions.
