'The European Union is likely to add 5 people that it considers responsible for organizing the "elections" in Donbas to its sanctions list, Reporter of Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty Rikard Jozwiak wrote on Twitter.
According to him, the EU foreign ministers are likely to give it the green light on Monday and it will become formal some time later.
