Translated literally as 'ambition', TooMooH is a comprehensive development programme designed to support, train and empower GCC nationals looking to develop a lengthy career within the hospitality sector.
A press event was held at Grand Millennium Muscat's private villa on Wednesday to officially launch the programme in the country.
'TooMooH has been created to promote and empower nationals in the GCC countries where Millennium Hotels & Resorts, MEA operate. I firmly believe it is an excellent opportunity to give back to the community where we are present. We are looking forward to contributing to the vision of GCC countries by unlocking the potential of nationals and enabling them to be a driving force of the country's economic development,' said Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, president, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Middle East.
The comprehensive programme features four levels focusing on the development of fresh graduates, executives and leaders.
As a first step, TooMooH will launch the Executive Development Programme. This is a fast-tracked development programme for nationals with the potential to assume managerial positions.
