(MENAFN) The International Accreditation Certificate ISO 9001:2015 was declared to have been granted to Oman Hotels & Tourism Company.
The ISO system was explained to be a way to reverse mistakes and avoid any other occurrence of the errors.
The system also delivers an optimistic effect on areas of investment, market share, sales growth and profit margins, along with securing competitive benefits.
"Obtaining this certificate is a definite indication of our great interest and commitment to ISO 9001 standards, an approach we have been pursuing since the beginning of our work where it determines the criteria that any institution strive for to satisfy its customers through attention to quality," as assured the Omani firm's chairman Mohamed Abdulla al Khonji.
