(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Sunday reiterated "solid and unwavering" support of Iraq, amid its efforts to enhance security and stability.
The remarks were made during talks with his opposite number, Foreign Minister Mohammad Al-Hakim, who is visiting Kuwait alongside his President Barham Saleh.
The encounter discussed bilateral relations, cooperation on means to tackle different challenges on the regional and international spectrums and issues of mutual significance.
For his part, the Iraqi foreign minister expressed Baghdad's appreciation for this noble stance.
Kuwait's Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah and other ministry officials were in attendance. (end) amh.sd
