(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 10 (KUNA) -- Minister of Oil and Minister of Electricity and Water Mr. Bakheet Al-Rashidi held a meeting on Saturday for top ministry officials, announcing a state of emergency due to forecast new round torrential rain.
