Morocco inks cooperation deal with ITFC on trade growth


(MENAFN) Morocco was announced to have inked a memorandum of understanding with the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC).

The two sides signed the MoU for joining hands in the growth of trade as well as the improvement of trade capacity.

The cooperation agreement is considered as part of the Arab-Africa Trade Bridges (AATB) Program ITFC commenced in Morocco in 2017.

CEO of ITFC Hani Salem Sonbol penned the deal with Rakiya Eddarhem, Minister of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy in Charge of Foreign Trade.

Eddarhem affirmed that "we will continue to work together towards strengthening economic partnerships between Arab countries and African countries."
