Liaoning: 11 missing after ship capsize


(MENAFN) Local authorities declared that 11 people have been uncounted for after a ship loaded with sand, capsized in seas off northeast China's Liaoning Province.

The incident took place at about 3 a.m. and the maritime search and rescue center of Huludao City were informed at nearly 5 a.m.

The provincial maritime search and rescue center and the city government have called ships, plane, and over 500 rescuers to seek the missing.
