Coal mine accident traps 22 in China


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency ) Twenty-two workers were trapped after a rock burst occurred at a coal mine in east China's Shandong Province Saturday night, Europe China Daily reported.

The burst happened at around 11:00 pm in a coal mine in Yuncheng County, according to local authorities.

Ventilation in the coal mine has recovered and rescue work is under way.
