These Nokia phones are getting cheaper in India

Just as India gears up for festive season sales, Finnish giant HMD Global has announced exclusive price cuts on select Nokia smartphones.
The company, according to a report in Gadgets 360, is slashing the prices of its entry-level as well as flagship Nokia phones with a maximum price-cut of Rs. 13,000.

Price cut on Nokia 3.1

The first phone to receive the price cut is Nokia 3.1, the Android One-based entry-level smartphone from the company.
Launched in August, the 3GB RAM variant of the phone will now retail at a price tag of Rs. 10,999, which is Rs. 1,000 down from its original price of Rs. 11,999.
It sports a 5.2-inch HD+ and runs on an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chipset.

Nokia 3.1's elder sibling, the Nokia 5.1 is also getting a price cut, but slightly more.
The phone, which packs a 5.5-inch full-HD+ with 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, will now retail at Rs. 12,999 instead of Rs. 14,499.
It runs an octa-core MediaTek MT6755S SoC under the hood and is available across online and offline stores.

For Nokia 6.1, price cuts are being offered on both 32GB and 64GB variants.
The 32GB variant, which comes with 3GB RAM, will now retail at Rs. 13,499, which is Rs. 1,500 lesser than its last price.
Meanwhile, the 64GB variant, which packs 4GB RAM, will hit shelves at Rs. 16,499, instead of Rs. 17,499.
Both the phones run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 636 SoC.
Price cut on Nokia 8 Sirocco

However, the best deal is available on Nokia 8 Sirocco, the latest flagship from the company.
The phone, which initially retailed at Rs. 49,999, is getting a humongous price cut of Rs. 13,000 and will now hit the shelves at Rs. 36,999.
It sports a 5.5-inch QHD (1440x2560) pOLED display and pairs up Qualcomm's top-end Snapdragon 835 chip with 6GB RAM.
