(MENAFN) Police declared that three militants and a police official have died in a clash in unrest Indian-controlled Kashmir.
The battle broke out at Fateh Kadal locality of Srinagar city, the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.
A senior police official confirmed: "In a gunfight that broke out today here three militants were killed," however, "While fighting these militants a policeman also lost life."
The names of the killed militants are yet to be revealed.
