Bank Muscat signs major financing deal with Ominvest


(MENAFN) Bank Muscat and the Oman International Development and Investment Company (Ominvest) penned a credit facility deal at a value of OMR120 million.

The long-term deal was inked by Bank Muscat as part of its "To serve you better, everyday" vision and dedication to cooperation in sustainable growth.

The secured credit facility agreement was signed with a purpose to develop a well built up capital structure as well as a long-standing liquidity for Ominvest.

"The long-term credit facility signed with Bank Muscat gives us operational and financial flexibility needed for delivering on our commitment to grow and expand our investments within and outside Oman in accordance with our strategic plan," as stated Ominvest Group CEO Abdulaziz Al Balushi.

Al Balushi added "we are pleased with the support we have received from Bank Muscat and value their continued confidence in our business."
