Riyadh, Safar 06, 1440, October 15, 2018, SPA -- Mohammed bin Abdulmohsen Al-Awwash, Chairman of Arab Countries Broadcasting Union, confirmed his organization's strong rejection and denunciation of the fierce hostile campaign being flaring on the media surfacing along the region against the Kingdom as regards the disappearance of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, a case still under investigation whereas Saudi Arabia has expressed unlimited readiness with relevant parties to reveal the truth.
He said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leadership are steadfast before fierce hostile campaigns aiming to harm it, citing that the country resembles a firm castle of the Arab and Islamic nations.
He said the union is scheduled to hold an extraordinary meeting in Tunis on October 22 to issue a statement to denounce the media campaign.
