(MENAFN) On Monday, Turkish soldier was wounded in a mine explosion during looking for sweep activities in the country's eastern Agri province.
The mine was planted by PKK terror set in Dogubayazit region of the province.
Murat Bozkurt, the solider who suffered wounds in his hands, was hurried to a state hospital in Erzurum province.
In its over than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK - listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU - has been responsible for the demises of approximately 40,000 people, containing women and children.
