(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) TUNIS, Oct 9 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has written a letter to Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi, delivered to him by the Gulf state's ambassador to Tunisia.
