(MENAFN) Oman's residential complex project in Barka is scheduled to be launched by the end of October 2018, the Ministry of Housing declared.
The Omani ministry explained that via lottery draws, citizens are to have a chance to win over 1,000 housing units.
Investors and property developers received an appeal from the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) to allocate some investments in the major project.
The project was confirmed to be providing recreational as well as commercial services all across its 355,000 sq m size.
SCP also urged firms with knowledge in executing and handling this kind of projects domestically or globally to have an "Expression of Interest".
