Kuwait's ambassador presents credentials to Prince of Monaco


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) PARIS, Oct 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to France Sami Al-Suleiman presented his credentials to Prince of Monaco Albert II as non-resident ambassador to Monaco on Wednesday.
In a statement to KUNA, Al-Suleiman said he had relayed greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to Prince Albert.
He noted that he was proud to be the first Kuwaiti ambassador to Monaco since the two countries announced establishing diplomatic ties last July.
The ambassador said that he and Prince Albert discussed boosting cooperation on all levels, especially in trade and investment. He added that Monaco is currently attracting Kuwaiti tourists due to its beauty and tourist attractions.
The meeting was attended by senior officials from Monaco's Foreign Ministry and Kuwait Embassy. (end) mjz.ag
