Kuwait oil price drops to USD 75.58 pb

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 15 (KUNA) -- Kuwait crude oil price dropped 60 cents reaching USD 75.58 pb Friday from USD 76.18 pb Thursday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Saturday.
Crude oil prices declined on Friday due to jitters emanating from newly introduced American tariffs on Chinese imports, following rise in the crude prices.
These worriers have deepened as a result of forecast supplies' drop resulting from further US sanctions on Iran.
The oil forwards for the week rose more than 1.6 percent, where the Brent Crude reached USD 78.94 pb, as speculators sought to push the rate to USD 79 pb. (end) mke.rk
