(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 3 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Monday cables of congratulations to Kuwait shooting team members who have won medals in the 52nd world championship, held in Changwon, South Korea.
The cables were sent to members of the Kuwaiti trap shooting team, Abdulrahman Al-Faihan, Khaled Al-Mudaf, and Talal Al-Rashidi who have won gold medals in the trap team's competition, in addition to securing a bronze medal by Al-Faihan in the individual competition.
In the cables, His Highness the Amir wished the athletes more future success to accomplish more achievements for Kuwait in regional and international championships.
His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to the Kuwaiti champions. (end) aob.mys
