Kareena to be Lakme Fashion Week finale's showstopper again

Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan will be the showstopper for designer Monisha Jaising at the grand finale of Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) Winter/Festive 2018.
Jaising will close the fashion week with her "Shades of a Diva" collection.
The clothing line is inspired by Jaising's passion for art, music, and modern architecture.
It promises to appeal to the diverse personalities and moods of Indian women.

'My pleasure'
Kareena said it is always a pleasure for her to come back to LFW runway and she is excited to walk for Monisha.
"Being a part of the Lakme Absolute Grand Finale is always very special for me. To come on the runway and represent the brand I love. But this season is even more special as we've something big coming up," Kareena said.
Cirque du Soleil will be also performing at the event
The Event
Ashwath Swaminathan, Head of Innovations, Lakme, added, "We are delighted that this season Kareena will be there to bring alive our beauty theme of 'Shades of a Diva' in Monisha's glamorous designs."
Canadian entertainment company Cirque du Soleil will also be performing their never seen before act "Bazzar" at the fashion extravaganza.
Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2018 is scheduled to happen from August 22-26.
Kareena was the showstopper for LFW's Summer/Resort 2018 as well

Apart from bringing the coolest names in fashion every season, LFW turn heads with its long list of Bollywood showstoppers.
The biannual event, which had its first show, LFW Summer/Resort 2018, in February, also had Kareena as the showstopper wearing an Anamika Khanna designed outfit.
The stunning black embroidered glitzy dress was draped in a form of sari, adding more glamor to the presentation.
