(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Aug 16 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down USD 1.34 to reach USD 69.68 per barrel (pb) on Wednesday, compared to USD 71.02 pb last Tuesday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) announced Thursday.
Meanwhile, oil prices went down in international markets yesterday, affected by data on US crude reserve, as well as escalating tensions with its business partners.
Brent Blend was down USD 1.70 to USD 70.76 pb upon settlement, while West Texas Intermediate went down USD 2.03 to USD 65.01. (end) osj.mah
