(MENAFN) The Association of Lebanese Industrialists (ALI) was confirmed to have inked a memorandum of understanding with the Women Leaders Council (WLC).
The MoU has been signed to improve the role women play in a range of industrial sectors, as reported National News Agency (NNA).
NNA reported the agreement to be looking to take key steps to boost the role of women and empowerment in the industry area.
The deal was also reported to be aiming to allow women to be involved in the board of directors of industrial businesses.
