(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Aug 13 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Dpeuty Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah Monday met Director of the UN World Food Program (WFP) office in the UAE and WFP Representative in the GCC Abdul-Majeed Yahya during his visit to the country.
The meeting covered the search for prospects of cooperation between Kuwait and the activities put forth by the organization's programs around the world.
Yahya praised Kuwait's role and support in the field of humanitarian works.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Foreign Minister for the Deputy Foreign Minister's office Ambassador Ayham Al-Omar. (end) aq
