Kuwait parliament speaker condoles Jordan on security personnel death


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Aug 12 (KUNA) -- Kuwait parliament speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim Sunday expressed condolences for the death of Jordanian security personnel, who were killed as they were raiding a terrorist group in the city of Salt, West of Jordanian capital, Amman.
Al-Ghanim, in cables to President of the House of Nobles Faisal Al-Fayez and Speaker of House of Representatives Atef Tarawneh, reiterated Kuwait's full solidarity with Jordan.
He said Kuwait stand firm with all measures taken by Jordan to preserve the Kingdom's security and stability, as well as fighting terrorism.
Al-Ghanim also wished rapid recovery for the injured. (end) sss.bs
