(MENAFN) Officials declared that the fatality number of a bus crash in northern Indian state of Uttarakhand, has reached 14.
The bus has drifted off the mountainous road and plunged into a gorge near Suryadhar in Tehri, about 115 km east of Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand.
A senior disaster response force official in Uttarakhand Sanjay Gunjyal confirmed: "In today's tragic bus accident 14 people were killed and 18 others injured,".
The official added: "The six critically injured were airlifted to AIIMS hospital in Rishikesh."
