Palestinian Foreign Affairs Ministry condemns Israel's 'massacre'

(MENAFN) Israeli has been hit with condemnation from the Palestinian Foreign Affairs Ministry over what it deemed as a "massacre" when troops carried out a crackdown on Palestinian protesters.

In its statement, the Palestinian ministry declared "the heinous massacre that took place last Friday led to the murder of 17 and injuries of more than 1,500 unarmed Palestinians."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was also slammed with allegations of dishonesty on the "heinous" attack so as to conceal "colonial attempts," deceive the public and rationalize the killings.

The ministry then raised warnings about Israel's growing violence, as it promised to maintain its political as well as diplomatic attempts to bring the Israeli occupation into an end.
