(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Northern Jordan Valley, March 5 (Petra)- About 2,279 people visited the tombs of Prophet Mohammed's companions in the Northern Jordan Valley District in February, the region's awqaf director, Abdel Qader Al-Omari, said on Monday.
Tourists from Jordan and Arab and Muslim countries visited the tombs of Muath Bin Jabal, Amer Bin Abi Waqqas and Sharhabeel Bin Hasna, Al-Omari added.
