These rules and regulations are mandatory for citizens and expatriates, visitors and even transit passengers.

Head of the Wildlife Section called the people and other entities to adhere to local and international laws related to the wildlife and to follow the proper procedures of import before buying the wildlife and its products for import, otherwise it will be confiscated and destroyed.

Notably, some international environmental agreements required the country to take legal actions against violators and to bring them before court that would punish them with big fine and jail sentence or one of them. The action also includes confiscation of tools used in making violations like transport and hunting gears. A report about the court verdcits and other technical reports are also required to be submitted to the secretariat of the international organization with whom the agreement was signed.
