(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 21 (KUNA) -- -- Kuwait State Audit Bureau (SAB) announced on Wednesday it would partake in the second meeting of environmental supervisory commission of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) due in Egypt on February 25-28.
SAB said in a statement the planned meeting would held at headquarters of the central audit apparatus in Egypt.
The bureau delegation will be headed by the acting audit director, Adel Al-Kout, accompanied by the members, the senior auditor Sultan Al-Otaibi and the auditor, Mubarak Al-Sebayee.
Participants in the meeting will examine Kuwait's 2016-2018 action plan, including a research document by the bureau about role of audit authorities in supervising liquid industrial waste.
He added that the Kuwaiti delegation would present a video documentary about environmental auditing.
Moreover, the conferees will examine the action plan for 2018-2020, annual program of the general commission, topics of the annual meeting by the ARABOSAI team tasked with environmental auditing held last October. (end) km.rk
