(MENAFN) UltraCharge Limited has partnered with China's top fluorine chemical manufacturer, Sinochem Lantian Co Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Sinochem Group.
UTR's electrolyte IP will ease the production of a superior electrolyte salt (LiFSI salt), which can increase battery duration and performance.
Sinochem Lantian is one of the firms that produce LiFSI salt, which will help the company to produce a commercial lithium-ion battery solution.
The MOU also provides an important chance for UTR to benefit from on the burgeoning Chinese electric vehicle market, as its government's policy on clean driving and greenhouse emissions has made China the world's top electric vehicle consumer.
