Jordan- Pleasant conditions, sunny skies with breezy winds persist

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Dec.11 (Petra)-- A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Monday and Tuesday, bringing pleasant conditions and sunny skies with breezy winds across much parts of the Kingdom with clouds at various altitudes, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD) said.

Daytime temperatures expected today in Amman will reach 18 degrees Celsius, in the northern cities19 and 17 in the southern parts, dropping down to 5, 6 and 3 respectively. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will register 24 degrees, sliding to 13 at night.

Temperatures are forecast to drop few degrees on Wednesday, but it will continue to be pleasant in the hilly areas and moderate in the Gulf of Aqaba and the Jordan Valley with southeasterly winds change to northwesterly moderate in the afternoon, the JMD added.
