(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti man has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station accusing a compatriot friend of stealing the cell phone of his wife and threatening to publish her pictures on social networking websites, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
This happened when the complainant borrowed some money from his friend and failed to return the money on time.
The friend than tricked the victim saying he had forgotten about the money issue and requested to use his phone. He then sent the pictures from the husband's phone to his cell phone and then threatened to publish the pictures if he does not return the money.
The friend is also said to have telephoned the wife of the friend and requested her to convince her husband to return his money or else he would post the pictures on the website.
The friend will be summoned for interrogation.
