Neonode's patented zForce technology to be incorporated in new Netronix six-inch platform

Apr 25, 2012 (Menafn - TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) --Multi sensing touch technology company, Neonode Inc (neon:OB), announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a long term agreement with Taiwanese-based manufacturer of network products and e-readers under which Neonode's patented zForce technology will be incorporated in a new six-inch platform currently being developed by Netronix.

According to Neonode, the new platform is suitable for a range of different display types and will be available to industry partners later in 2012. The platform will be modified based on customers specific requests.

Neonode added that it has developed its patented Multi-Sensing solutions for devices such as smart phones, tablets, toys and gaming consoles, printers and office equipment, e-readers and automotive or inflight infotainment systems. Its customers include Sony, Barnes & Noble, Oregon Scientific, L&I, Daesung and Sonim.
