Red Tiger Announces Appointment of Director
TORONTO, May 14, 2012, 2012 (Menafn - Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV-RMN), (the "Company" or "Red Tiger") is pleased to announce the appointment of Sergey Yanchukov as a new member of the Board of Directors and the resignation of Daniel Major as a director of the Company. The appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange
Mr. Yanchukov has over 12 years' experience in investment business and over 7 years' experience in mining. Mr. Yanchukov holds an Economic Degree from Odessa State University, Ukraine, and PhD in Economics from the Scientific-Research Institute of Social-Economic Statistics in Moscow, Russia. From 2000 to 2010 Mr. Yanchukov held progressively senior positions with various companies in Russia involved in trading, financial and mining business. He is the major shareholder of Russian oil and gas producing company Mangazeya JSC and is the founder of the asset management company Mangazeya Finance, an active player in the public securities markets of the Russian natural resources companies. Mr. Yanchukov also focuses on private equity investments with emphasis on the high growth opportunities, including early stage companies and business restructurings.
Red Tiger is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, (symbol RMN). Common shares currently outstanding is 65,557,175.
