(MENAFN Press) CompuGroup Medical announced the successfully completed merger of the subsidiaries "Tepe International" and "CGM Turkiye". This fusion leads the new formed company "CompuGroup Medical (CGM)" to be the most powerful IT healthcare provider in Middle East and Turkey.
From now on, CGM focuses on two strong divisions (HIS, HPSIS) providing user-friendly state-of-the-art health information solutions and systems for hospitals, healthcare institutions and health payers.
The core products and solutions of CGM are scalable workflow-based solutions for modern clinics (HIS division), professional services and solutions for health payers and high-end TPA (Third Party Administrator) services for private health insurance companies and other health payers like bank funds.
By combining successful healthcare sub-segments, CGM follows the concerns vision of "Synchronizing Healthcare": Connecting the relevant healthcare players in the local healthcare markets, providing reliable decision support systems to physicians to deliver them actual patient data on the point of diagnose and care is leading to a completely new generation of healthcare IT.
The basis to realize these benefits is the persuasion of workflow-orientation “ CGM solutions are focused on supporting the most relevant healthcare processes by assisting the patients workflow.
