(MENAFN) People have lashed out at President Donald Trump after he took side with Russia over allegations of meddling in the 2016 elections.
Mr Trump has disagreed with US intelligence agencies at a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Finland, declaring that Russia had no motivation to interfere.
The top Republican in Congress, House Speaker Paul Ryan explained that Mr Trump should realize that "Russia is not our ally".
The president's own intelligence chief publicly separated from him.
