Ethiopia's PM issues warning to parties refusing peace calls


(MENAFN) Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has delivered a solid warning against parties rejecting peace and unity appeals and preferring destruction.

The statement has been made by the Ethiopian prime minister during a speech at a reception for visiting Eritrean President Issayas Afewerki in Hawassa.

Prime Minister Abiy stated "our door is open for togetherness and the country is sufficient for all Ethiopians."

Abiy added "this is the last call from us to those parties to stop disrupting the ongoing changes in the country."
