China evacuates over 100,000 residents threatened by floods

(MENAFN) Over 100,000 residents were temporarily cleared out after a flood swept through the city proper of southwest China's Chongqing Municipality.

The municipal flood control and drought relief headquarters declared that the water levels went over the warning levels by 5.92 meters and 3.78 meters while the flood swept through the city.
