(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Protech Powered Sports Co, dealer of Polaris bikes in Qatar, has announced the recall of Polaris Slingshot models of 2015-2016 over a possible defect in the seat base.
In a statement yesterday, the ministry said the recall campaign came within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that bike dealers followed up on bike defects and repairs.
The MEC has said it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
