Baba Ramdev is getting wax statue at London's Madame Tussauds

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev yesterday said that he will soon have his wax statue at London's Madame Tussauds.
He was apparently approached by the authorities of the prestigious museum a while back but he had turned them down at that point.
It was after months of persuasion that he changed his mind.
Here's what he said while speaking with mediapersons

"Those at Madame Tussauds had made a proposal to me two months ago about building a statue of mine. I have accepted the offer to get a wax figure of myself," Ramdev told reporters.

Further, Ramdev said he decided to accept the proposal as he felt that since Madame Tussauds gets visitors from all over the world, it will be a good opportunity for tourists to explore the lifestyle of a yogi.
He believes that a yogi's scientific, secular, and universal knowledge should be promoted.
Ramdev will be the second swami after Swami Vivekanand to get waxed.
