EU foreign ministers make efforts to protect interests in Iran


(MENAFN) EU foreign ministers with confirmed to be searching for ways to shield the strategic and economic interests of the bloc in Iran.

It follows President Trump's announcement of pulling out of the 2015 Iran nuclear accord, raising fears and outrage.

"Nobody believes it is going to be an easy exercise but we are determined to do it," as noted EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.

The EU chief also highlighted that Iran remains under the maximum level to which it can improve uranium and appears to be satisfying further obligations.
