(MENAFN) the command of Afghan special forces declared that over 19 militants have died in air attacks in four Afghan provinces, over the past 24 hours, while Afghan and coalition forces resumed with the evacuation operations.
Operational Coordination Group Afghanistan confirmed: "The Afghan Special Operations Forces-led airstrikes killed seven militants in Ajristan district of Ghazni province, six in Chaparhar of Nangarhar, two in Sayyed Karam of Paktia and four others in Darzab of Jawzjan province,"
The Afghan security forces, alongside U.S. and NATO-led coalition troops, have stepped up ground and air attacks on militants in the recent months , meanwhile militants regularly attack government interests through the country.
