Kuwait oil price up 33 cents to USD 75.15 pb

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, May 25 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went up by 33 cents to USD 75.15 per barrel Thursday after being at USD 74.82 pb the day before, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Friday.
Globally, the price went down due to expectations regarding the decrease in Venezuelan and Iranian outputs, which might result in the termination of the 2017 OPEC deal to lower production.
The price of the Brent crude went down by USD 1.01 to settle at USD 78.79 per barrel, the same case with the West Texas Intermediate, which went down by USD 1.13 to USD 70.71. (end) osj.gta
