Karan celebrated his special day in New York with his BFFs.
He threw an intimate party on the terrace of a skyscraper. Giving a glimpse of the celebrations, he shared a story on Instagram.
Earlier, media reports suggested that Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Kaajal Anand and Manish Malhotra will be joining the birthday boy in NYC.
Meanwhile, Karan became first Bollywood filmmaker to get waxed

2018 is a special year for Karan as he completes 20 years in the film industry. Also, he became the first ever Bollywood filmmaker to get waxed at the prestigious Madame Tussauds in London. His statue will be unveiled by the end of the year.
