Renaissance CEO, Stephen Thomas, said, 'We support this programme to develop local workforce. We are committed to ever-increasing In Country Value (ICV) by driving meaningful initiatives that achieve greater Omani employment, maximum use of local goods and services and effective Domestic Direct Investment (DDI).

Head of Training & Development, John Murphy, said, 'We are extremely proud to work with NHI again in the development of our workforce with well-trained and motivated Omanis, who are ready, skilled and able to begin employment from day one.'

The trainees will be visited throughout the training programme and Renaissance personnel will ensure that each trainee has a comprehensive understanding of the job and the environment they have signed up to. The trainees will spend ten months on the training programme with a combination of centre-based training and on-job training, ensuring they acquire necessary skills.
